Court of Appeals
The highest appellate court of the intermediate federal appellate court. The United States is divided into eleven judicial circuits. In each circuit there is a United States Court of Appeals for the circuit, having appellate jurisdiction as set forth in the United States Code. 28 US §§ 1271-1294.
