Connally Act

Connally Act
A federal statute having the purpose of aiding the enforcement of state laws limiting the production of oil, in certain fields, by prohibiting the shipment in interstate commerce of oil, known as hot oil, produced in excess of the limit set by state statute. 15 USC §§ 715 et seq.; Bolting v Bowen (CA4 Va) 118 F2d 59.
