via other ports
A phrase in a bill of lading relating to the route of the vessel. These words in a recital in a bill of lading that the goods are received for transportation on a vessel bound for the port of destination "via other ports," do not have the effect of broadening a provision of the charter party giving the vessel "liberty to call at any port or ports in any order, for any purpose." Anno: 33 ALR2d 166.
