specific intent
The intent to commit the very forbidden act charged as the offense in a criminal prosecution. 21 Am J2d Crim L § 82. Specific intent is present when from the circumstances the offender must have subjectively desired the prohibited result. State v Daniels, 236 La 998, 109 So 2d 896.
