Qui alienum fundum ingreditur, venandi aut aucupandi gratia, potest a domino prohiberi ne ingrediatur

(Roman law.) He who comes into the estate of another in order to hunt or catch birds can be prohibited by the owner from coming in. See 2 Bl Comm 412.
