The presumption, holding until satisfactory proof to the contrary is presented, that a man is sane, capable of managing his own affairs, competent to enter into contracts, and capable of understanding the nature and effect of his own acts. 29 Am J2d Ev § 203. The presumption that every man is sane and fully competent until satisfactory proof to the contrary is presented; the presumption, in the absence of proof to the contrary, that a man is capable of understanding the nature and effects of his contracts, and that he comprehends the effect and result of legal proceedings.
