Upsetting. As the word appears in a policy of automobile insurance:-loss of equilibrium and overbalancing to the extent of placing the vehicle beyond the power of those in charge to stop its movement. 7 Am J2d Auto Ins § 62. A loaded truck the wheels of which sank in a soft shoulder, tipping the truck sufficiently to spill a considerable portion of the load, was held "overturned" within the meaning of a policy insuring against loss by overturning.
