Hours of Service Act

Hours of Service Act
A federal statute intended to promote the safety of employees and travelers upon railroad by regulating and limiting the hours of labor of railroad employees who are engaged in or connected with the movement of train in interstate or foreign commerce. 31 Am J Rev ed Lab § 799.
