In respect of a particular state or country:-a corporation created by, or organized under, th e laws of another state, government, or country. 36 Am J2d For Corp § 1. As the term is used in federal statutes:-a corporation created or organized outside the United States. Hecht v Malley, 265 US 144, 154, 68 L Ed 949, 956, 44 S Ct 46. For income tax purposes, a corporation which is organized outside the United States or under any law other than that of the United States, a state or the District of Columbia. IRC § 7701(a)(3), (4), (9). See residence of corporation.
