aeronautic expedition

aeronautic expedition
An expedition by aircraft. Something more than riding as a fare-paying passenger would seem to be required to render one a participant in an aeronautic expedition, but the term in an exception to the risk in a life or accident policy has been construed with a contrary result at times, particularly where such construction is favored by other phrases of the exception. Anno: 155 ALR 1038; 29A Am J Rev ed Ins § 1270.
