advantage, concession, and discrimination
A combination of terms which bespeaks a violation of law. These words as used in the Elkins Act of February 19, 1903 (49 USCA § 41) denouncing certain agreements between common carriers and shippers, must be construed to mean unlawful advantage, unlawful concession, unlawful discrimination. United States v P. Koenig Coal Co. 270 US 512, 70 L Ed 709, 46 S Ct 392. See also 13 Am J2d Car § 185.
