admission to probate
A judicial determination in the form of a judgment of the court or a formal order declaring that an instrument propounded for probate is the will of the decedent who executed it. Such determination is official evidence of the va lidity of the instrument until the judgment or order is reversed on appeal or revoked or set aside in a direct attack thereon. 57 Am J1st Wills § 934.
