For the present. depreciated book value–As used in a statute requiring "depreciated book value" of personal property to be considered for purposes of taxation, the term means the cost price of the personal property, including the cost of installation, entered on the books of the company in ordinary course of business, less the depreciation set up on the books in a regular and consistent manner for reflecting such depreciation, including reasonable allowance for obsolescence.
